Organize and develop training program to upgrade human capacity
Provide human resource planning and recruitment
Develop strategic alliances and managing institutional partnerships and collaborations including our membership of national, regional and the international Universities’ Network.
Work with departments to develop their national and international agendas. This includes international agreements, funding opportunities and formation on student exchanges.
Manage an ongoing schedule of visit by NTTI delegations to institutions in other regions of the world.
Host visits by delegations from NGO, national, International universities and other public bodies to NTTI Build international profile for NTTI through visit, media coverage, event and conferences.
Develop and manage regional plus international opportunities for students.
Internationalizing the campus, the curriculum and services to staff, student, partners and stakeholders
