In present day, NTTI is transferred to operate under the supervision of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. NTTI is a well-known and widely-recognized as it has been building its own brand-name within high quality of education and training in Cambodia and other countries since 1999. In excess of a decade, NTTI has been producing human resources of technical, vocational, engineering and technology whom are working all through the country.
These achievements illustrate the major role of NTTI to develop this country, prepared and operated by the vast experiences staffs and lecturers, in the field technical training to fit the needs of the labor market from generation to generation. Each of learning subjects is arranged with the high concern to be in shape with the content of modifying and developing of educational and technical training system in a corner of the government strategies. These activities depend on the institute’s technical group whom try hard to carry on educational quality reinforcement.

The institute has been offering technical vocation education and training from associate level to bachelor level and up to master degree in the fields of Civil Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Architect; furthermore, technical and vocational teacher are produced from year to year from NTTI as it is an excellent center for this task to fit the current developing needs and to the future. Good environment, appropriated location and beautiful landscape etc. are set as the potential motivation for all students, staffs and lecturers in a sight of optimism.
The objectives of the institute are providing high quality technical and vocational training, good manner, and professional morality to all learners in the aim of developing our country. Installing modern equipment in laboratory, learning with up-to-date text book, using new learning materials and free internet accessible are the main concerns developing activities of NTTI.
